Welcome to ruay ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ruay and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ruay platform located at ruay.cam, including all associated services, products, features, content, and functionality made available thereon.

Ruay operates as an online casino and sports betting platform offering a range of gambling products including but not limited to slot games, live dealer casino tables, sports betting markets, lottery, poker, and arcade games. The Platform is designed for and marketed to adult players located in Malaysia who meet all applicable eligibility requirements.

By accessing any part of the ruay platform — whether by browsing, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the ruay platform, associated with a unique username and a verified identity.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your ruay account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentive amounts credited to your account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a player can make their first withdrawal or access certain account features.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the default transaction currency on the ruay platform.
• "Platform" means the ruay website, all associated subdomains, and any mobile-optimised interfaces offered under the ruay.cam domain.
• "RTP" means Return to Player — the independently certified theoretical payout percentage for a given game over a statistically significant number of game rounds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds may be converted to withdrawable cash, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x).
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which ruay does not permit registration, access, or use of the Platform, as determined by the operator from time to time.

Registration on and use of the ruay platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and maintain an account if you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Ruay enforces a minimum age of 21 in line with internationally licensed casino operators' standards applicable to Malaysian players. Access by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of a corporation, syndicate, or any other entity.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of ruay or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account on ruay that was suspended, closed, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) account on the ruay platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly in the event of any change. Ruay reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ruay's support team immediately via live chat or email at support@ruay.cam.

Accepted Deposit Methods

Ruay accepts deposits via the following Malaysian-supported payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and all major Malaysian bank transfers including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in BTC, ETH, USDT, and LTC. All deposits are denominated in MYR unless made in cryptocurrency, which is converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency minimums are the equivalent of MYR 30 (USDT, LTC) or MYR 50 (BTC, ETH). Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation. Ruay does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account has successfully completed KYC verification; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus Funds have been met; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the applicable withdrawal limit for your account tier; and (d) your account is in good standing with no active disputes, fraud alerts, or compliance holds.

Ruay targets the following processing timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within approximately 5 minutes of approval; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15 to 60 minutes. These are operational benchmarks, not contractual guarantees, and may vary during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

Funds Source & Anti-Money Laundering

All funds deposited into your ruay account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Ruay maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy and reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for any deposit. Deposits or withdrawals suspected of being connected to fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be immediately suspended.

Ruay offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, crypto deposit bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are intended for use on the ruay platform only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. The specific wagering requirement applicable to any given promotion will be clearly displayed when the offer is claimed.
• Bonus Funds and Real-Money Funds are tracked separately. Real-Money Funds are used first on all eligible wagers unless the player specifically selects a Bonus Fund balance.
• Ruay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will not be retroactively disadvantaged by a change to that promotion's terms.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus terms — including the use of systematic low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All games available on the ruay platform are powered by certified random number generator (RNG) technology and have been independently tested for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical average payout over a statistically significant number of rounds and does not guarantee any specific outcome in individual play sessions.

Players accept that the results of all games are entirely determined by the RNG software and are beyond the control of either the player or the Platform. Ruay does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the server-side game log constitutes the authoritative record.

Ruay reserves the right to suspend access to any game at any time for maintenance, software updates, or regulatory compliance purposes. Wagers placed on games that are subsequently interrupted due to a technical fault will be handled in accordance with the game provider's fair play policy, which typically results in either the completion of the round using the last valid game state or a refund of the affected wager.

The ruay sports sportsbook offers betting markets on a wide range of sporting events including English Premier League (EPL) football, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, NBA, and other international competitions. All odds are displayed in real time and are subject to change up until the close of the betting market for any given event.

Bets placed on ruay are final and cannot be amended or cancelled once confirmed, except where the Platform provides a specific "cash out" or "bet edit" feature applicable to the relevant market. Ruay reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was determined prior to the time of placement — whether due to technical error, data feed delay, or any other cause — without prior notice.

In the event of a fixture being postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled, the ruay house rules for that specific sport and competition will determine the settlement outcome. These rules are published within the sports betting section of the Platform and are incorporated herein by reference.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the ruay platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to circumvent the single-account restriction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or gain a fraudulent advantage.
• Colluding with other players, sharing information about live game states, or coordinating betting patterns in a manner intended to exploit game mechanics or bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing wagers based on non-public information about the outcome of any sporting event.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conceal the proceeds of crime, or conduct any transaction for an unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's infrastructure, other user accounts, or administrative systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ruay staff or other users.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in game software to generate an outcome not intended by the game design. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known bug must be reported immediately and will be voided.

Ruay reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account that is found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit all associated balances, and to pursue legal remedies where applicable.

Ruay is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its operations. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment only and should never be treated as a means of generating income or of recovering financial losses. The Platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling behaviour.

Ruay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ruay will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, fraud prevention systems, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by the Platform's licensing obligations. All data transfers are subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.

All content on the ruay platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of ruay or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of ruay.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ruay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from technical failures, interruptions of service, data loss, or the actions of third-party payment providers.

Ruay makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ruay disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

In any event, ruay's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ruay account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting our support team. Ruay may suspend or permanently close your account if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) you are found to be ineligible under the eligibility criteria in Section 3; (c) your account is suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or (d) we are required to do so to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.

Upon termination, any Real-Money Balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus deductions or fraud-related offsets) will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or AML verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account termination in all circumstances.

Ruay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact email address associated with their account, and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect and withdraw any available Real-Money Balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ruay holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law applicable in the user's country of residence.

Players in Malaysia acknowledge that it is their personal responsibility to ensure that their use of the ruay platform is lawful under any laws applicable to them in Malaysia. Ruay does not represent or warrant that the Platform or its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
